The Dmoney.cc Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Policy (hereinafter referred to as “AML/KYC”) is designed to prevent and mitigate the possible risks of Dmoney.cc being involved in any kind of illegal activity.

Both international and local regulatory standards require Dmoney.cc to implement effective internal procedures and mechanisms to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, drug and human trafficking, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, corruption, bribery, and to take appropriate measures in case of any suspicious activity from its users.

AML means Anti-Money Laundering.

KYC means Know Your Customer (Client Identification).

We are committed to protecting our users from fraudulent activities in the field of crypto assets. Certain cryptvo assets may be used for fraud or other criminal activities defined by law. To prevent this, it is necessary to ensure proper customer verification and secure financial transactions.

One of the most effective measures is the AML/KYC procedure, which allows us to confirm that you are a legitimate individual or legal entity.

Dmoney.cc employs a risk assessment system capable of detecting suspicious activity. If a transaction is flagged, it is suspended, and the user is requested to undergo AML/KYC verification. For security reasons, we cannot disclose the exact criteria of our system, but it has proven highly effective against money laundering and fraud.

Dmoney.cc reserves the right to apply AML/KYC procedures to specific users, wallet addresses, and certain crypto transactions. The application of AML/KYC is based on the internal policy of Dmoney.cc and is aimed at preventing and reducing the risks of involvement in money laundering and other illegal activities.

Please note that Dmoney.cc reserves the right to appoint a third-party service provider to conduct AML/KYC procedures on its behalf. Such providers fully comply with our Privacy Policy when processing your personal information.

Dmoney.cc may provide information collected during AML/KYC procedures to competent authorities upon lawful request.

Dmoney.cc will not engage in business with any individual or entity suspected of or directly involved in money laundering, or whose funds originate from illegal activity.

AML & KYC Procedure

The AML/KYC procedure may be applied to those crypto asset transactions flagged by our automated risk prevention system as suspicious. In such cases, Dmoney.cc will contact the user via the email registered in their account.

The AML/KYC procedure includes identity verification of the user by:

A high-quality photo of a valid government-issued ID.

Any other applicable documentation.

Upon Dmoney.cc’s request for user documentation, we take all possible measures to identify falsified documents and reserve the right to investigate users or transactions deemed risky or suspicious.

Once the AML/KYC procedure is successfully completed, the transaction will be processed.

Refunds are possible only after successful verification and regulatory review. Dmoney.cc may suspend a user account and blacklist the associated wallet address, with exceptions applied for trusted service providers. After this, the account will no longer be able to use the Dmoney.cc service.

If the Service or Payment System suspects that funds are linked to illegitimate sources, the Service has the right to freeze funds and suspend exchange operations until the verification process is completed. This process includes the user providing necessary information, which is subject to thorough regulatory analysis. The Service is not obliged to disclose the grounds of its suspicion, and such information may remain confidential. Only after the analysis is completed and the legitimacy of funds is confirmed will a decision be made regarding unfreezing.
