1.1. The Terms of Use define the relationship, rights, and obligations between the client performing an exchange (hereinafter, the “User”) and the Dmoney.cc web service (hereinafter, the “Service”).
1.2. Users may access Dmoney.cc services only if they accept the rules and conditions of this Agreement.
1.3. Only after confirming that they have read and accepted the Terms may the User use the Service.
1.4. Dmoney.cc is a trademark of an internet service system for electronic currency exchange, specifically developed for our clients.

1.6. Payment System – a set of rules and procedures that ensures electronic fund transfers.
1.7. Payment/Transaction – transfer of electronic currency from the payer to the recipient and vice versa.
1.8. Request – electronic information submitted by the User to use the Service’s services under the conditions offered.
1.9. Service – deposit and withdrawal of electronic currency, as well as other services listed on the Service’s website.
1.10. The “Rate” field on the request page and in emails sent by the Service reflects the actual rate at the time the request is created.
2. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
2.1. To access the Service, the User must submit a request on the Service’s website at Dmoney.cc.
2.2. The User interface on the website allows Users to manage exchange processes or check the status of their requests.
2.3. Dmoney.cc executes requests according to the terms of Partner Payment Systems. The Service is not responsible for the operation of other Payment Systems.
2.4. The Service verifies the legality of the User’s ownership of electronic currencies or funds involved in a transaction.
2.5. The User is responsible for transferring the amount specified in the request, and Dmoney.cc commits to transferring the funds to the User according to the exchange rate and commission.
2.6. The Service’s fee for provided services is displayed in each request as the exchange rate, and the User agrees to this amount by following the instructions during the transaction.
2.7. Once funds are debited from the Payment System from the Service’s account, the transfer to the User is considered fully completed. Transactions are recorded in the Payment System’s history and in the Service’s user interface.
2.8. Withdrawal requests will be canceled if funds are not received in the Service account within the time specified in the request. Late-arriving funds may be returned upon User request, minus commission fees. Refunds are issued only upon written request within 24 hours.
2.9. If a transaction does not appear on the network within 10 minutes of request creation, the Service may recalculate the request based on the rate at the time of deposit. (Applies to directions where rates are fixed at request creation.)
2.10. When exchanging one electronic currency for another, the rate is fixed at deposit time, and the request is recalculated at the current rate without prior notification. Required confirmations for deposit should be clarified with the operator in chat. Rate changes may only decrease; increases do not affect the original request.
2.11. For exchanges involving banks or payment systems, the rate is fixed at deposit time and may be adjusted without prior notice.
2.12. Electronic funds received after the specified time are held by the Service for 30 business days, after which they may be deleted and are non-refundable.
2.13. Refunds are not made if the User sends less than the minimum amount. Users must provide correct payment details. If incorrect details are provided, the Service may request additional identification information via support email.
2.14. If the User provides invalid, blocked details or refuses to complete a transaction, the Service may terminate or complete the transaction after written request, deducting a 2% penalty plus Payment System fees.
2.15. Requests are processed within 90 minutes after funds are credited to our account.
2.16. If the Service accidentally pays the User more than the requested amount, the User must return the excess. Failure to do so allows the Service to deduct the difference in subsequent exchanges.
2.17. If funds do not arrive within 2 hours, the Service may recalculate the amount at the current rate or return funds to the sender, deducting commissions.
2.18. Users must provide all identity documents if suspected of fraud or money laundering.
2.19. Users must provide additional evidence of transfers upon request, including screenshots or videos showing the sending platform.
2.20. If Payment Systems or exchanges block funds, the request is frozen until full release. The rate is fixed upon release, and the User must provide all required documents.
2.21. Cross-deposits exceeding \$100 USD at the time of transaction may be returned. Cross-deposits refer to sending one cryptocurrency to a wallet for another currency or with an incorrect/missing identifier.
2.22. Refunds may take up to 90 days from submission of all required information.
2.23. A 5% fee is charged for refund processing.
2.24. Not all cross-deposits are refundable.
2.25. The Service does not return coins or tokens not listed on the site.
2.26. Users must provide screenshots/videos showing the site/program and transaction history.
